We often get asked to differentiate between these 2 applications.

Very interested in anyones views: Thanks!

Scenario: Property Company (Commercial/Residential)
500 users
Some Marketing
Some Case/Ticket Mgt
Predominately Sales views/functions
About 150 potential users on PDA/BB
Integration to other data sources, mainly SQL DBs
Customisation required: mid-high
