SalesLogix for Real Estate Business

Dears,
This my first post to slxdeveloper forums - I would like to know if any of you guys have implemented before SLX for a Real Estate Business - if yes
- Is the customized bundle for sale?
- Could we cooperate together so we can exchange knowledge for different business
- How can we see a demo or blue print of the customized bundle

Sarrah,
I developed a proto-type (never closed the deal unfortunately) for a commercial real estate business as well. We created a Main View for the Real Estate project and link the project to the opportunity manager and the contacts as tenants both past and present, then utilize the product database to store units and parking, storage etc.
I'll be happy to talk to you about it as well.

We have a great reference in Chicago...they do major mall/developments as a Project (MainView) and the Opportunities are the prospective Tennants. They keep track of the space/building/room(s)/address of each 'unit'.....and link the Opportunities to each Address.

Hi Paul,
we have here in Berlin also a dependance of CB an i know taht they use flowfact for CRM. Do you think we can work together to get SLX in the hole CB company?
We allso worked for years for CB UK an implemented the MS Exchange in europe.
