We need a section opened for Crystal Reports. Your thoughts?

Yeah, that would be good. I'm not sure if I should stick with a generic "Reports" forum, or make separate ones for Crystal, SQL Reports, etc. I'll probably just go with a generic one (althought I am sure it will be mostly Crystal)

Thanks for the idea!

It would definitely be a step in the right direction especially with a new SLX with a new Crystal. If it's not too much to set one up... go for it!.

Does anyone know of any plans to incorporate the use of SQL reports into SalesLogix?

It is my understanding that Sage will not build anything database dependent. I do not have the official say on what Sage will do, of course , but I would not hold your breath.

Note that nothing is stopping you from doing this yourself. Remote database pose a problem, however.

As Timmus mentioned, Sage does not have any plans to add SQL Reports integration to SLX. I am pretty sure they never will. However, we (we as in the company I work for) have been using SQL Reports for SLX often. If you didn't want to go down the route of building the integration yourself then let me know
