I'd suggest there be a "3rd Party" forum and not a specific KS forum.

There are competing technologies to KS like TaskCentre. The TaskCentre folks are also a Sage SalesLogix technology partner.

Not a bad idea. I'd probably make it more generic though, something like "Notifications" though. This way it could include KS, TaskCentre, SQL Notifcation services, etc.

Hi all,

As someone who works for Orbis Software I agree that the forum name should be product neutral. However, I dont think it should be called notifications...3rd party applications would be more suitable. I say this knowing exactly what is coming in the next release of TaskCentre and the term "notifications" will certainly not provide a suitable home for the discussions that will be taking place within this and other SLX online communities.
