Customizing activities

| can any one please help me how to customize activities.i want to add a new tab called completed activities to get list of the completed activities. |

You cannot customize activities tab. You can create your own tab with same interface.
P.S. Completed activities are stored in notes/history tab (HISTORY table) and you can customize it. |
