Hi everyone,

I have created an email template that contains a link to a webpage on our site:

www.mywebsite.com/page.asp?ID=xxxxxxxxxxxx (where the 'ID' is the Opportunity ID variable).

When the email is received by the recipient, the URL displays correctly e.g. www.mywebsite.com/page.asp?ID=o6uj9a000j0m However, the underlying hyperlink URL, when clicked on, takes the recipient to http://www.mywebsite.com/page.asp?ID=%C2%ABOpportunity%C2%BB i.e. it is simply tagging on the actual words '<< Opportunity >>' instead of the real SLX value.

All I thought I had to do was to highlight the text that is the hyperlink, press the 'instert hyperlink' button and enter the address, including the dynamic variable. I guess this doesn't work.

Can anyone show me how to add the 'OpportunityID' parameter to the hyperlink?

Thanks
