Hi there,

Does anyone know how to call a lookup based upon a button click? I am thinking there could be a built-in functionality in SLX that I don't know of like the one where you can call forms from other forms. - thanx

Yes, take a look at LookupItemWithConditionByID in the docs. This will allow you to invoke and use a Lookup in code, without a lookup contol. You can see an article on this here: http://www.slxdeveloper.com/page.aspx?action=viewarticle&articleid=75

Look on thr account form, under the account label object, event click or dbclick, object for an example.
