Today whenever i want to login slx client i got this error with user id admin and pass : password
"Database login failed : Provider can not find. It may not be properly installed"
why i dont know.. r u have any solution?

| There could be a number of different reasons as to why you are receiving this error. For the most part, SalesLogix just can't make a connection. Some things you might try are rebooting the computer you are using the client on, checking the network access to ensure you are fully connected to the server, and making sure the server is taking connections as well. Can anyone else's computer make a connection? This is one of those things that does not have one single solution, and you'll have to play with it some until you find out what isn't working correctly. |
