Insert New ticket

in 7.2 How do I edit the default "Insert New Ticket" form ?..
In the Client I am right clicking on Design and nothing happens
In Architect I cannot find it

It's called Insert New Ticket and it should be right there in Architect.

It took me the longest time to find it in Architect, I was looking under Ticket, and it is under System

Whoa - love that icon!!!
As you've discovered the hard way, all main and non-associated views are under System (as a generalisation). The tab views associated with the main views have the family of the main view, if you see what I mean.
