Got a script that assigns someone to a process. The first step in the process fires off an e-mail to the client. All has been well until last Thursday....

Now, the contact process fires as expected, and the e-mail is merged, converted. However, the e-mail never shows up in the sent items folder (as it did before), and when I test it to myself, I recieve no e-mail. So what's changed?

What's changed? Who knows? The first thing I would check is to make sure the email template has an actual SLX merge field in it. If someone changed the email after the fact they might have removed what SLX mail merge fields were there.

Its only a guess, but its one that would cause the issue you are describing.

To tie up this loose end...

the reason if failed is there was an attachment in the e-mail step, and the file path was incorrect. FYI out there!

Thanks for the update! Great to hear the problem was solved.

Also good to hear how else it could fail (not that anyone really wants it to in the first place - it should ALL work.... Right?
