My Manager is looking for a a addition to the filter that will allow him to run the filter by
a key word withing the notes. I have looked and to be honest I can not find a way to add an
addition to the Filter. Can anyone help me?

It's a panel control. Just open history form, select filter (panel) and set height to 80px.
