Error in System:Global Info

A client of mine seemingly randomly got an error saying the following: An error occurred executing global script (System:Global System). Failed to parse SQL. at line 330, char 11.
Has anyone encountered this before? |

If it's just random and cannot be recreated, you are going to have a mother of a job working out what caused this.
I suggest you go back to the client and say that you cannot investigate further until you have more information - ideally the steps required to reproduce the problem, but otherwise a screen-shot and explanation (as detailed as possible) of what the user was doing at the time. You'll probably have to wait until the next time it happens - and hopefully it never will
