Hi everyone,

I've been searching for the form that pops up when you hit F9 in the ticket view (Create Note) but I can't seem to track it down in Architect. Can someone give me a hint as to what it's called? I found the view/edit activity form, but it's not quite the one I'm looking for.

Hard coded. Not available in Architect.
