I met the big issue of Saleslogix 7.2 Chinese Version in my current project. I can insert the Account/contact in Englisht Version, but when I insert it in Chinese Version, appear the First snapshot 1 and I cann't do the next step.

I tried to find this plugin and change it, but I can't do this. I only know it maybe named "insert Contact/Account"!

Could you give some suggestion and help me to fix it ?

I think everyone know the add contact/account wizard. In Chinese edition, Only display the step1, I cann't click NEXT button.

Who can help me?

Hi,

What is the code page of the underlying database? It will need to support DBCS.

Does anything show up on SlxProfiler?

Hi,

the names of the plugins (both are forms) you are looking for:

1. ChooseAddContactAccount
2. Add New Contact Account
