7.0.1 Complete Activity View

I'm getting an error on the Complete an activity view ("Are you sure you want to disassociaty this account from this Activity?") and I'm wondering how I access this form to make the necessary changes. The error I'm getting is that the Account and Contact Lookups are not loading so my history records are getting saved without being attached to a contact or account.

Somewhere there your losing the Associated AccountId. Try attaching a VS Dubugger and step thorugh watching the Application.BasicFunctions.CurrentAccountId to see when it changes...
That being Said :
I did run into on a complete unscheduled activity that there is no AccountId being set on the form and your'll have to manually set it. Best place to start I think
