Hi all.

Currently, our sales data is in a source that is another SQL database separate from our SalesLogix database. I would like to be able to see sales data for a customer when looking at it in SalesLogix, now everytime we look at notes, attachments for a customer we have to get out of SalesLogix to then go to our other database and look up their sales data.

How can we view sales data from another source in SalesLogix.

We are using SalesLogix v6.2.6 (upgrading to v7 later this year)
Our sales data has the SalesLogix Account ID as one of the IDs a customer may have.
Ideally, we would like the data displayed in a form where the user clicks the button and the form displays the information, but if that's not possible then text boxes would do.

Thank you in advance!

Do you have remotes? What I'm wondering is whether the data needs to be fired into the SLX database (if 'yes'), or whether you can just create a View that displays data from the other source.
