I have a need to edit the Activity Reminder Popup.

Reason being, several SalesLogix users schedule Phone Calls, and would like to see at least the Telephone number in the Activity reminder window.

Is this possible?...

Any assistance will be much appreciated.

If this is v.7.x of the LAN client, then it probably isn't IMpossible, now that SLX has exposed an IActivities interface in the client. But it's so infeasible it might as well be - the reminder window is a hard-coded form popped up by a timer that (AFAIK) you can't shut down programmatically.

They might allow for this in future versions, though, similar to how they set up the customizable "Activity Preview" form that now shows up at the bottom of the (also hard-coded) Activity Manager MainView. And of course, you could do this in the web client without too much trouble.

In the meantime, you could always try the quick & dirty approach of running a little program every 15 minutes that tacks the phone number on at the end of the ACTIVITY.DESCRIPTION field, if it isn't already there...?
