Any one knows how to submit a ticket to the SpeedSearch, I mean make it available in a way that can be found through the SpeedSaerch?

It's there automatically - when you create/complete a ticket - there is an option on right for S/Search - 1 - Public, 5 - Private (or other way around, this is from memory). If it's public then SS will index it for public availability. This also assumes that you've configured SS to index tickets (which is the default but worth checking).

Yes, Indeed, I found that S/Search. By the way, there are two options an Approved for SpeedSearch checkbox and a Public Access picklist which has two options 1-Customer and 5-Internal.
I opened a ticket checked that checkbox and set the public access to 1-customer then to 5-internal but the ticket is not appearing at the SpeedSearch.
What else it is require to include the ticket in the SpeedSearch?
Any idea?

That should be it -however, don't forget that SS is not immediate - you need to check the schedule for the Indexing (in Admin | Manage SS) to find out when it's due to do an interim index (changed/updated) update. After this has run (which you can force) - then it should be available.

Ok. I checked the Indexing schedules and forced them to run. But they are not working. The index build process is not runnig.
Why is this happening? Does it need something to be configure?

Yes, you need to setup S/Search prior to using it - it doesn't sound like this area has been touched from the install. At this point I suggest you dig out the implementation guide from the CD/DVD and follow the section on setting up S/Search. It's fairly simple - but you have to do it otherwise you'll go nowhere fast !
