how do i sort the column in a grid in descending order.
i am using the following code to sort. but thats giving me ascending order.'

dgpsftdata.Columns.item(1).Sorted = true

The code:

DataGrid2.Columns.item(1).Sorted = csUp
or
DataGrid2.Columns.item(1).Sorted = csDown

Will provide sorting in the appropreate direction. The datagrid's 'Sortable' property must be set to True in order for that to work. If Sortable is not set to True, you'll see the sorting direction arrow in the column you define pointing in the right direction, but sorting will not actually occur.
