Hello Experts,
We want to schedule activities against the Account Manager of the Account for each Contact in a static group, How can I assign the activities to the account manager? - Saleslogix does not provide this option. I tried to update the userid field in process table with the accountmanagerid (link to account table by contactid and accountid). However, when I run "schedule process", I got an error message, and the activity still assigned to the process owner. It looks like Saleslogix does not use the userid filed saved in process table to assign activities.
Can any one help on this?
