So my boss wants to add a checkbox to the Ticket Attachments screen, but I THINK that it is a hard coded or dll based form and not an actual form that you can modify in the SLX Architect. I'm using SLX 7.2.2 and I just want to make sure this can't be done before telling him that.

Can this form be modified?

We're running 6.2.6 and the form is called Attachments with a family of Ticket where it's open and ready for editing.

I should have specified that it was the Ticket Attachments Edit screen the one where we want to put the checkbox and I can't find a way to edit that form.

Does anyone know if this can be done?

You are correct. It is hardcoded (assuming we are talking about Windows client here)

yeah the SLX Client, I guess on the web client I can edit this form correct?

On the web client you can edit almost *everything*
