I'm getting this error message when I tried to upload an atachment to a ticket. It happens at the SalesLogix Portal and the Customer Portal.
Does anyone know how to fix this bug?

Works just fine in 7.2.2 web...

A - What version are you running?
B - Have you applied ALL SP's - In 7.2.x they are NOT inclusive.. Every one MUST be applied.. including Leads...

A - I'm running the version 7.2.2
B - I applied the following SPs
Sage SalesLogix v7.2 SP1 VFS Upgrade.zip
Sage SalesLogix v7.2 SP2 VFS Upgrade.zip
SLX_v72_SP1_WebLeadsBundle.zip
SalesLogix v7.2 Service Pack 1.sxb
SalesLogix v7.2 Service Pack 2.sxb
I think these are all the bundles I need to install the service pack 1 and 2.
Are there any others?

Are these websites hosted across on your companys dmz? are there firewalls inbetween your web and db server?

They are hosted in my computer and the dabase it's in my local SQL Server which is also running in my computer.
There are no firewalls, I'm using IIS v5.1 and the sites are installed in the Default Web Sites folder.
The error happens from this line of code Rules.GetAttachmentPath();
Rules is a class contained in the Sage.SalesLogix.Attachment namespace.

Any idea on why is this happening?
