I have a lookup that is on a managed form. Do the properties on this lookup need to be hardcoded to get the lookup to function correctly? I am guessing that the LookupID and LookupMaintable properties need to be coded.

Bill please clarify, which properties?

If you are talking about properties that you want to be bound to some data field, and you are on a manage form, then yes, those fields/properties need to be set through code.

If you are talking about some standard properties (lookupmode, lookupmaintable, lookup) then, no, those do not have to be set through code on a manage form.

Make sense?

Yes, they will be bound to data fields. I should have explained myself better when I posted. I thought they would need to be coded but wanted to double check before I started on it.

Thanks Matt!!
