Hi,

I am currently using saleslogix Ver 7.0 and having problem with the "History Detail View" is not poping up after I click the "Send SLX" button in outlook. It worked using user: "ADMIN" but not worked with other than "ADMIN" user.

I have done the following:
-Set the saleslogix setting :
Tools>Options>E-Mail> Microsoft Outlook 2003
Log to History> Prompt ( check on Duplication coontact and contact not found)

Please let me know is you have any idea why this is happening?
