Error when scheduling or completing an Activity--v7.0.1

I have a customer on v7.0.1 receiving an error anytime an Activity (any type) is scheduled or completed. The following error is displayed, then when OK is clicked, the message closes and the Activity/History record is inserted successfully.

Script Error
An error occurred executing global script (System:Global Activity)
Object doesn't support the property or method: 'objDetails.Script.GetTaskRS' at line 57, char 12
---------------------------------
At the same customer, a remote user gets the following error when completing a To-Do:
SalesLogix has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
The application then closes.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?
