Can Any one suggest me what code should I use for Refresh Saleslogix...!!

Issue is like After inserting new Ticket instead of opening Ticket Detail Veiw I opened Ticket list....!!

And if "Customized Group" is open... I doesnt show Ticket Which is inserted..!

Only if i go to some other Group or refresh it then only it shows in that perticuler Group...!!

Please Throw some light...!!

You can invoke menu functions, such as the Refresh commands, using DoInvoke. Like this:

Application.BasicFunctions.DoInvoke "Function", "View:Refresh"
'or
Application.BasicFunctions.DoInvoke "Function", "View:RefreshCurrent"
