Can we get to this form? I have a request to add a column to the gridlist but can't seem to find it.

You have to go into either Architect or Admin, and hit the "Manage" menu, and then "Lookups"

In this, look for "LastName" lookup, and edit it. Click on "Layout" on the right-hand side, and you'll be able to add fields just like in groups.

I think that is not current functionality because

1) you are looking up a specific field, so they assume you just want to sort based on that
2) It searches using Like 'criteria%', so if you search for "Smith", you're going to get a mix of "Smith", "Smithers", "Smithson", "Smithsonian", etc, etc... If you reorganize the search by account, then the last names will be all over the place, and you'll have to pick out the various "Smith"'s (just an example, of course)

I recall either Mike Spragg or RJ Ledger saying in another group that the lookup might have more of the Query Builder functionalities (ie. sorting) in Scorpion, but I don't remember exactly. I know Mike posts here, perhaps he can shed some light on it...

I have a question about this field. It appears that this field searches for all contacts on "Account Name" not "Account ID".

For example if I choose the account "ABC Hospital" and there are 10 different "ABC" Hospitals, when you search for contacts it brings back all the contacts with that name.

I would like to change that so it only brings back contacts with the same "AccountID". Looks like the "where" clause needs to be modified.....i looked all over....is it even possible.

Any help???
