Does Sales Logix 6.2 support Account Hierarchies? I want to be able to group some Accounts to a higher level Account.

Thank you. Can I also maintain contacts at the ParentID level? If that is possible, will I be able to set up a webconnect account to each of the contacts at the parentiD level.

Sorry, I meant to say "webaccess" account. Basically, I would like to create webaccess accounts on all contacts for a customer account. However, I have several duplicate customer accounts which i would like to group them using parentid so every contact of a customer accounts gets full visibility at the ParentID level.

We have used the Parentid field to track our account hierarchies, since version 5.2. This is effective in most cases but you might also consider using a custom table to track multiple hierarchies i.e.
A>B>C
and
A>B>D
if a single account has two different hierarchy chains for some reason, (this happens for us) and it will require a more elaborate structure than using just the parentid field.
