We are going to print the address label through [Write] -> [Address Labels] function. However, when we check the option [Do NOT create for contacts marked "Do not solicit"], no address can be printed out.

However, we have checked the DONOTSOLICIT value in the database, it is marked "F" and is unchecked on the Contact Detail View. We therefore expected the contact address can be print out.

We are using SLX 6.2.x version

Any ideas? Thanks.

If I recall correctly that is an issue with 6.2 and the work around is that you have to 'null out' that field. The fact that it has any value at all prevents it from being usable by the mail merge engine. But my memory is shaky on this one.
