Currently we use LivePerson for our live chat support. Currently we only get between 5-15 chat sessions per day, but we've only been live with our chat system for a month or so. What I'm trying to do is find a chat system that is integrated with SLX to aide in creating support tickets.

Does anyone know of a live help/chat utility that is somewhat integrated with SLX? We're running SLX 7.2.
