We use SLX in a callbacks-only call center, and constantly tapping F5 to see if new tickets have entered the queue is less than ideal. I'm looking for a way to set up an event that will automatically refresh this screen at some preset time interval. Any suggestions?

I cannot give the SLX only solution details as I am not quite sure if it is possible with OTB saleslogix customizations. You could however introduct a new Mainview hosting a .net view that can give you this support.

We're thinking that may be the best way to go as well since that would enable us to add a great deal more functionality. However, we were hoping that there was something we could do as a quick, interim fix for this.

Thanks!
