Has anyone seen any errors similar to this one? This popped up for one of our users a couple of times since migrating from 6.2.6 to 7.2.2. It happes when switching from opportunities to contacts. The only other post talking about EOSErrors I saw here relates to visual analyzer and remotes - We are not using the VA and we do not have remotes.

Function had an error...

An unusual error has occurred when executing View:Contacts. Contact your system administrator. 0x1 @0: Function View:Contacts Exception:

Exception EOSError:

A call to an OS function failed

Exception location:

[004131FA]{SalesLogix.exe}

Any idea how to troubleshoot such an error?

Thank you,

...Rob
