Hi,
In the database there is a field called "DaysInPipeline" in Opportunity table.
Please tell me How and Where its used..??

It is no longer used - this used to be used to show the days in pipeline but relied on the user visiting a record in order for the update to occur - and, obviously, was always out of date. Nowadays, it's calculated on the fly.
