AREA Chart control

Hi all.
We have been using a bar graph to display our sales for each year per account, but now we want to use an AREA chart/graph where the Y-axis is SALES, X-axis is YEAR, SERIES1 is TOTAL SALES FOR THE YEAR, and SERIES2 is TOTAL SALES PER CATEGORY (we have 3).
Does anyone know how to get this to work with SalesLogix, do I have to create 4 different series (one for each category and one for the total sales for the year)?
