Okay thanks, is the activities on the more tabs in the accounts hard coded? Because I can't find even I go to the manage plugins.

Hard-coded.

.. the Calendar is hard-coded too... see a pattern?

If you are talking about the "Activity Codes" themselves.. don't change them or you will break SalesLogix.

They are used by both Activity and History and are in a picklist. If you attampt to modify the picklist you will break all of the codes... and SalesLogix.
