Is anyone aware of a means of altering the order of tabs in More Tabs menu? They seem to appear in alphabetical order of the “Name” attribute of the Plugin.

Change the name to an alphabetic order....change the Caption of the form and displayname of the plugin to whatever you want to call it.....

It's a"sort of" controlled when you set them up via the Client Options (pligins) MainView Tabs facility...

BUT as soon as a user moves one.. that's it and you no longer have any control.

The "Tabs" are not a tab control (unfortunately).. we've asked for it to be so since 6.0 beta.. but no go.

Login into SalesLogix Administrator.
Select 'Options..' from 'Tools' menu.
Open 'Client Plugins' tab
Click on 'Main View Tabs' button.
It will display you all available tabs in all sections.
Use 'Move Up' or 'Move Down' button in desired order to display plug-ins in the More Tabs.
This is what you want ?

They will not "stick".. that's just for initial settings.. or to do some resets..

There's no way to keep the tabs in a controlled order... never has been.. not even in v7.5

Just try the steps ... i think it should always work in the desired order till the order changed next time
