Adding New Account

While adding new account .On click of OK it is giving the following error.
"Error calling method cmdOK click"
What could be the reason for this.Appearing only for some remote clients |

Does it occur every time for these remotes, or is it sporadic?
Did it work previously for the affected remotes, or has it never worked for them?
Have you just deployed some customisations?
Can you see any pattern to the remotes which are affected? Are they experiencing any other weird behaviour?

It worked previously for remotes.
But new remote database has been created and attached to those remotes.From then on they are getting this error
NO new customisations have been deployed. |

If you log on to the host database as one of the remote users who is having the problem, does it occur there too?
If it does, you should be able to debug it and find out what's happening.
