Error When Running A Customized Contact Process - getting Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint error in Production onlyYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I created a contact process that will automatically create 2 To-Do activities for a group of contacts. Step 3 is a call to a Basic script (we are on SLX ver 6.1.3) to update the Activity and User Activity records so that the owner of the activity = owner of the Contact. I needed to do this because the Contact Process will add the 2 new To-Do activities, but the activities will be assigned to the Process Owner instead of the Contact Owner as it should be. We have a Sales Support group that runs the process for the Sales Reps., so they are the process owner, but we want the activities assigned to the Sales Rep that owns the contact. This contact process works in both our development and staging environments, but I get an error when I run it in Production: "SQL Error updating User_Activity records. $$$ERROR : the statement has been terminated. Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_USER_ACTIVITY'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'USER_ACTIVITY'.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can fix this problem?
