layout question for creating a weekly planner

dear all
I am new in this forum but very happy to find it.
I would like to create a weekly group planner for employees based on tickets. Let me describe what it should look like and do for me.
It needs to be a new screen that shows the weekdays and date from Monday to Sunday throughout the year in columns. In the rows
below I want to list the employes name. I will be created daily tickets for these people. Now that planner should update it self automatically
and populate the "cells" depending on employee name and date (date will be available in tickets). Now the populated fields should be a link
beein named after an account which the employees have to visit according to the schedule.
How can I best do that? All the information is available I jsut need a bit of help in the architect.
