Hi all - new SLX admin here, forgive me if this question is simple - only have training in 7.2 and this is the first 6.1 I've been in:

A client seems to be having an issue as he is upgrading remote clients to Office 2007 SP3:

On the Office 2007 upgraded machines, two datagrids (both custom, but barebones with only very simple code) do not show cursor or input text upon entry into the cells. However the user can input data, and it will appear in the cell once the cell loses focus.

Any ideas?

Office 2007 is not supported on 6.1... and of course 6.1 is not a supported version of SalesLogix either. It was retired March 31, 2007.

6.1.x is full of vary nasty bugs... (as is 6.0.x)

Need to upgrade to 6.2.6, 7.2.2, or 7.5
