I need to be able to hide the Alarm section and timeless tickbox when scheduling a phone call, meeting or to-do. Does anyone know the quickest way of accomplishing this?

So are you wanting to hide that area on the schedule dialog? You'll be out of luck until v7.

I was thinking that might be the response. I could always create a new form from scratch and use the the function NewActivity. Allot of work tho.

Just noticed Tools->Options->Activities grants the user the facility to disable alarm and untick timeless.
