Hi all,

I've had a look at trying to obtain the SQL used in a dynamic group using ADO and I've come unstuck, it seems that this information is held in a BLOB field. Has anyone got a quick way of returning this information in a query?

Hope this makes sense, all help greatly appreciated.
Kev

Not sure if this tool will help, but this tool will show you the queries from groups: http://customerfx.com/pages/beta/2008/09/13/saleslogix-group-explorer.aspx

You're likely more after how to to this programatically, right?

Yes, was looking to do something within a SalesLogix VBScript itself, so far I've built something that will allow users to import data into an adhoc group (as I'm able to obtain the account ideas) but I'm stuck when it comes to dynamic groups.

Look at:
Application.BasicFunctions.GetGroupSQL

I've used it many times...
