Hi guys

I'm currently playing around with agents (using the syncserver) and quickly learning of the limitations! I understand that you cant reference the application object and have got round this and managed to get it inserting notes/activites fine.

My question is, can an Agent merge a letter (using the SDK or otherwise)? My code doesnt seem to want to work... (just the standard code off this site - http://www.slxdeveloper.com/page.aspx?action=viewarticle&articleid=85) even after I've stripped out all of the error checking.

Just wondering if it's even possible before I spend any more time on it.

Thanks
Lee
