The request is to have the Account Name included in the Subject of the appointment. By default SalesLogix concatenates the description from the activity with the contact name (and a few little arrows). Is there someplace to access this? I am thinking no but wanted to get confirmation in case it is possible.

My group also does not like the ->->-> that is part of the concatenation. We also would like to modify this.

Jeff this is an interal thing and cannot be modified. It is there to remain compatible with AOI and work to reduce duplicates being synced when multiple products are in play.
