The error simply means it can't find the .CHM file - and you will only get that file if you are your Business Partner has paid for it. |

No...they cannot - it is copyright material to Sage and you can only obtain it legally thru a BP or if you have download rights off the SalesLogix support sight. -- RJLedger - rjlSystems |

Do you happen do know where I need to put the file in order for it to open up when in Architect and I click help... Dev Reference? I have tried c:\program files\saleslogix and c:\program files\salelogix\help still get the message saying "Developer Reference Guide has not been installed."..etc
oh and I assume that the file name stays the same as it was in the zip...Sage SalesLogix LAN Developers Reference.chm

Just put a shortcut on desktop for it - there are no embedded help commands anyway - other than the "shortcut" that doesn't want to work ! |

You can try putting the file here C:\Program Files\SalesLogix\Docs and make sure the name is Sage SalesLogix LAN Developers Reference.chm (same as in the zip). It works for me but it doesn't work for another developer here, so no promises. |
