In 7.5 LAN, how to you set which columns appear in the Account or Contact Lookup Results group?

I know I've doen this before in earlier versions, but I don't recall how.

From TheToolBoxX of rjlSystems:

The Default Layout for the temporary group "Lookup Results" comes from the QuickFindLookup property of the mainView(s).

For Example:
The OOTB Default Lookup for Opportunity is: OPPORTUNITY:DESCRIPTION

By modifying the layout of the Lookup will impact two (2) areas:
1 - The QuickFindLookup
2 - Lookup results "Group" layout
