IP Phone-Dialer Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I have Saleslogix version 5.25.1004 and a Cisco IP phone and want to click the phone Icon to dial the number. Can anyone explain or point me in the right direction on how to do this? I am new to SlX. Thanks for your help in advance

You need software from Cisco. Ask your Cisco guy for it.

Set's up like a modem in Windows.. and that's basically all there is to it.
