We just upgraded from 6.2.6 to 7.5.1

I have 1 remote user who is saying that now all of his completed calls in the SalesLogix calander have lines though them.
They did not used to have them, and no other user has mentioned this isssue.

Anyone have any ideas on why this happens and how he can turn it "off"?

It's working correctly - design changes in the Activities/Calendar by Sage..

Completed timeless items will have a line thru them. Hard Coded.. can't turn off.

Well that's unfortunate. They are extremely hard to read that way.
Seems like a rather poor choice of things to do.

Nobody had any say about it.. which is typical in the business..

Not meaning to be "harsh".. but when customers don't like something that a vendor has done (Sage in this case).. you need to complain directly to them.. send emails, make calls, get your friends to do so..etc.

BUT in the end.. there's practically nothing you (or anyone) can do about it.

I agree with you.
I will be calling Sage later this morning. It may not do any good, but it will make me feel better.

I am just waiting to hear back from my user so he can confirm that these meetings were all "Timeless" as you suggested.
If they are, then first of all, my user needs to be re-trained because he should not be making ANY of his meetings "Timeless".

At one time I thought all meetings should not be timeless. In fact, the only way to have a REAL rolling "to-Do" list is to have them timeless and let them roll over.
SO we use timeless ALL the time

You will see that in the monthly view, EVERY completed activity timeless or not has a line thru it. In teh weekly, non-timeless are grayed out... In the year, the same as weekly the day the same as weekly.

It all has to do with presentation and space available.
