Hi Renee
I don't think so, but will leave someone else to comment.
What I would strongly urge you to consider looking at Paribus, however. Contact your local Business Parter, or failing that contact me , for a demo.

Renee,
I haven't heard of any way to modify the process. Paribus for SalesLogix is a Sage Endorsed Solution sold and supported by most SalesLogix Business Partners across the states (and many in OH). Contact your BP for more info, check www.qgatesoftware.com, or feel free to contact me for details. We can quickly and easily provide an online install and evaluation of your data to see what Paribus finds and demonstrate the completeness of its merge processing (or other options).
