Hi Every one.

i have created a data grid with picklist column which displays Items of the picklist. but i want to display Code:Item in this picklist column of grid.

Is there any other way to do this?

Use the Columns property to edit the grid. Change the column type to picklist. Then, on the bottom left select the drop-down ttCodeItem.

but the grid is manually coded and columns are created at the run time.

please check the code spinet below.

' Location
Set col = grdBatchAttendance.Columns.Add(15)
col.PicklistName = "DED"
col.Caption = Application.Translator.Localize("Location")
col.FieldName = "Location"
col.Width = 70

OK, you should have access to : col.TextType = ttCodeItem but, the last time I heard, this didn't work - let me know if it does ?!

Correct, MANY grid properties aren't available at runtime vs design time....
